From 2007 through 2022, we have hosted 78 students at 29 VC/PE firms.  The summer program introduces the Scholars to the Illinois VC/PE industry through:

• 10-week assignment to an Illinois investor firms
• Presentations from multiple VC/PE firms
• Visits with professional advisor firms
• Social networking opportunities
• Network building opportunities
• Financial modeling program/certification

We hope to bend the arc of progress by growing the pool of available and qualified, diverse candidates.

The 2022 IVCA Scholar class includes 14 students from:

• Dartmouth
• Northwestern University
• University of Chicago
• University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
• University of Wisconsin-Madison

The Scholars begin their summer with a four half-day program of On Boarding. IVCA appreciates the participation of all who shared their expertise with our students!
