December 7th Amazing IVCA Awards Dinner Recognized Excellence in Private Company Investing
December 23, 2015
IVCA members and their guests were treated to an amazing set of speeches that included insights on success in private company investing, observations about how the industry has changed and how we are perceived by some in the media. IVCA Chair Bob Fealy kicked off the evening with some thoughts about IVCA’s impact and importance in advocating for private company investors. Click here to see Bob's opening. The 500 guests at IVCA’s Fourteenth Annual Awards Dinner paid rapt attention to the presenters and recipients of the Portfolio Company of the Year Awards as they shared personal observations about the business of investing private dollars into private companies from Paylocity’s growth from zero to IPO to Sterigenics transformation into a fully integrated medical device sterilization company. The common thread: teamwork and shared vision between management team and investor.
