Begun in 2007, the IVCA Scholar Program is a 10-week, internship program. The program seeks to engage “underrepresented” under-graduates (women & persons of color) in our industry to cultivate an interest in private company investing. It is the hope that through the summer’s internship, training, and networking experience, interested IVCA Scholars are positioned for employment in the industry upon graduation. We hope to bend the arc of progress by growing the pool of available and qualified, diverse candidates.
